Label Maker & Barcode Print
App support

Help with your labels.

Contact Piya Traders at omdeeppiyanp@gmail.com. Include the app version, your phone model and what happened. For printer issues, include the printer model and connection type. Remove customer information from examples.

Import a spreadsheet

Use CSV or a standard .xlsx workbook with column names in the first row, such as Name, SKU, Price and Barcode. Choose Import spreadsheet, match columns, check the preview, then select quantities. Password-protected workbooks and old .xls files are not supported. Save formulas with calculated results before importing.

Connect a printer

Choose system printing for printers available through your phone's print service, or create a direct printer profile for a compatible protocol. Network connections use the printer's IP address and port. Direct output supports TSPL, ZPL, CPCL and a legacy ESC/POS raster path. Manufacturer-specific or encrypted printer protocols are not universally supported.

Print one test label first. Confirm paper dimensions, DPI and protocol with the printer's documentation. Physical compatibility depends on the exact model, firmware and connection. No model is advertised as physically certified by this project.

Check paper size

Select the same stock dimensions in the app and the system print dialog. If a driver substitutes A4 or Letter for a thermal label, choose matching sheet output or use a compatible direct printer profile.

Back up or move your library

Open Settings > Back up library and save the file somewhere you control. On the other device, choose Restore backup. Existing items are kept. Backups include label and spreadsheet content and are not encrypted, so share them carefully.

Remove saved data

Delete unwanted labels, imports and history in the app. History keeps separate label snapshots. Removing the app removes its local library, subject to operating-system backups. Delete copies you exported or shared from their destinations too.

iOS subscription help

Design and preview for free. Subscribe to Label Maker Plus to print your labels and export PDF or PNG. The fixed printer test label remains free so you can check a connection before subscribing. In Settings, open Label Maker Plus to restore purchases with the same Apple account or manage renewal. Saved labels and backups remain available when a subscription ends. Plan prices and trial eligibility are shown by Apple in the app.

Android privacy and ads

Read our privacy policy. Where available, reopen consent controls in Settings > Ad privacy choices. Saved work and standard output remain available if you decline consent or ads cannot load.
